Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival(Please send some photos to us, once we confirm Faulty items, then return Faulty items to us.).
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color(Not as Described or Defective).
3. Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.
4. Swimsuit can be returned, must be returned with hygienic liner intact. If swimsuit is reversible, both liners must be intact to be accepted for a return. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner (both for reversible swimwear) will receive no refund or store credit.
5. Clothes must be packed with the original transparent/nontransparent packs which can protect clothes availably.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Lingerie, Earrings are not covered by the warranty.
Notes: All returns must be authorized by the Maykool Team via the Email. Returned item without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1. If your item is returnable (see above), please contact our customer service to request return form.
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 business hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address. Please check your email inbox/spam/junk folder again.
3. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 business days.
5. Please keep tracking the package with the courier. If the returned package is lost, we can’t arrange a refund, please contact the courier to get lost compensation.
Return Shipping Costs
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
I Want to Cancel My Order
Once your order has been shipped out(although tracking# email may be delayed), it can no longer be cancelled.
But you can contact us to return and get a refund after we receive your returned item(s).

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) can be delivered by USPS, but the express shipping method will be slower than other shipping address. For the US territories, please leave a comment when you placing the order. For example, if you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.
The shipping time is an estimated time. Why is it an estimated time?
Because there are many reasons which can’t be controlled, now we list two main reasons which may happen:
1. It is delayed by the weather.
2. It is delayed by the Customs and waiting to clear the Customs.
The shipping time doesn’t start from the date which you placed order , because there is a processing time to every order.
What will it affect the processing time?
1. Different product: shoes processing time will be longer than clothing, because it will spend more time to produce.
2. Pre-sale product: it is pre-sale, will be in stock later, so it will spend some time to wait it.
3. Order Info: Billing address or shipping address can’t be matched by our system, our audit department may send a verify email to you, only get your reply, your order will be processed.
4. Holiday: Express company’s holiday, our country’s holiday.
4. Customs Duty
Do you charge customs duty on any countries?
The buyer could be required by law to pay customs duty for orders shipped to you. The appropriate charges could be required when the customer receives the parcel. Although Maykool.com is always trying to minimize the amount of customs duty, it still highly depends on receiver’s government customs policy.
Normally your tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 3-5 working days by email after we confirmed your order info.
Attention: If you choose the free shipping option, your parcel would be directly delivered to your local post office. We will inform you immediately once it arrived. Please take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items.
